Last Updated: 06.07.2026

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Customer") through the online store operated by
OnlyMerch.

The Company operates an international online store offering merchandise products, the majority
of which are manufactured using a print-on-demand process.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase agreement is concluded with:
Onlymerch
Pfaffhausen Müseren

The Company is the Customer's sole contractual partner.
The production, packaging, and shipping of products may be carried out by external
manufacturing and logistics partners acting solely on behalf of the Company.

3. Offers and Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the
selected products.

The purchase agreement is concluded only when the Company sends an order confirmation by
email or, at the latest, when the ordered products are shipped.
The Company reserves the right to reject any order without providing a reason, where permitted
by applicable law.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown in the online store.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include any applicable taxes where required by law or are
displayed excluding taxes where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

For international shipments, additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:
• Import duties

• Customs processing charges

These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time the
purchase agreement is concluded shall apply to the order.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered in the online store.
The full purchase price becomes due immediately upon completion of the order.

The Company reserves the right to limit or exclude certain payment methods at any time.
If the Customer fails to complete payment, the Company may suspend the order or withdraw from
the purchase agreement.

Products are normally not kept in stock.
As each product is individually manufactured, minor production-related variations may occur.

variations may occur, including but not limited to:

Company will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible.

passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the designated shipping carrier.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, such provisions shall remain
unaffected.

11. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As all products are individually manufactured after an order has been placed (print-on-demand),
there is generally no right of withdrawal or return, to the extent permitted by the applicable laws.
This applies in particular to:

Company will determine on a case-by-case basis whether the product must be returned.
Where a return is required, the Company will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
If a return is not required, the Company may request clear photographs or other suitable evidence
instead.

sole discretion whether the requested cancellation or modification is still possible.
The Customer has no legal entitlement to cancel or modify an order.
