1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the website Onlymerch.ch.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The purchase agreement is concluded once we confirm the customer’s order by email.
Product images and descriptions on the website are non-binding. Minor deviations in color or print quality are technically possible and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including or excluding VAT depending on the company’s tax status.
Shipping costs are displayed before order completion.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.

4. Delivery and Production Times
As products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), production begins only after receipt of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and production workload.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Withdrawal
Swiss law does not grant a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Returns or exchanges are only possible in the event of defective or faulty products.
Customers must notify us of such defects in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

6. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty period in Switzerland is 2 years.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., printing partners or shipping providers).
Further liability claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
